About
Hi, I'm David.
REALTOR®. Real estate photographer. Tampa Bay storyteller. And someone who has spent a lot of time watching what happens before, during, and after the closing table.

I'm less interested in talking you into a house than helping you understand what you're actually getting into.
Real estate is rarely as simple as the marketing makes it look. It helps to have someone who has seen it from more than one angle.
That's how I try to help — by understanding the whole picture, not just the part that shows up in a listing.
Real Estate From Several Angles.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent approximately four years working on the closing side of real estate and participated in more than 1,000 closings.
That gave me a different view of real estate: what happens after contracts are signed, where transactions become complicated, which questions people wish they had asked earlier, and how seemingly small decisions can matter later.
Today, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Tampa Bay while also running a real estate media business serving agents and properties throughout the region.
I also spend a lot of time exploring Tampa Bay — communities, new construction, development, neighborhoods, and the things that actually affect everyday life here.
Because ultimately, that's the question I'm interested in:
What is it actually like to buy, sell, move, and live here?
The Goal Isn't to Talk You Into Something.
It's to help you understand the decision well enough to make your own.
That means asking questions, looking at the numbers, understanding the tradeoffs, and sometimes deciding that the best move is to wait.
Tampa Bay Is Home.
I work throughout Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties and regularly explore communities throughout the broader Tampa Bay region.
From the coast to the interior, each area has its own character, costs, and considerations. Understanding those differences is a big part of getting the decision right.
